Automated email sequences are more than a series of timed messages. They’re the engine behind modern outreach. Such sequences, also called drip campaigns, improve communication. And the best part – you can trigger them with a certain action or via predetermined intervals. At SignalHire, our automated email sequences revolve around automated outreach. You connect Gmail/GSuite accounts and take your outreach to the next level. Now, we added a new feature – Outlook/365 connection.

From now on, users can connect their Microsoft Outlook account and manage the following:

  • Multi-step campaigns.
  • Follow-ups.
  • Personalized touches.

Such an enhancement means you can build a series of emails to guide a customer or subscriber through your funnel.

Why does Outlook matter?

Microsoft’s email client combines email, calendar, tasks, and contacts in one place. Outlook’s built‑in calendar helps you keep track of appointments and events, and the service lets you send, receive, and manage your messages while staying connected across web, desktop, and mobile.

The integration is seamless. Simply go to the Sequences tab, choose Connect account, and select Outlook or Microsoft 365. After authenticating, you can create campaigns that automatically adapt to how each recipient engages.

Extra: Custom domains arrive!

You can now run sequences on your own domain. This replaces generic tracking links with branded ones and aligns sender authentication for better inbox placement.

Why it matters:

  • Branded links reduce filters and build trust
  • Domain alignment improves deliverability
  • Separate domains per team or campaign to manage reputation

The Outlook launch is not just another feature in our arsenal. In reality, it is something that reflects our commitment to help recruiters, marketers, and sales teams communicate smarter. Our experts worked hard to make sure there are fewer barriers between your inbox and automaton, keeping outreach on track.
